Our client, Tekni-Plex in Phoenix, Arizona is the leader of rigid packaging solutions. They are currently looking for individuals to join their team as a Die Cutter Operator. This role is responsible for working with the production team to ensure high quality products are being manufactured and packaged for customer delivery.

Responsibilities:
-Set up die cutting equipment according to job specifications and production requirements.
-Load materials onto the machine and adjust settings for proper feeding and cutting.
-Operate the Die Cutter to cut, shape, or emboss materials such as paper, cardboard, or plastic.
-Monitor production processes to ensure consistency and quality of output.
-Perform routine maintenance tasks on the equipment to ensure optimal performance.
-Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and perform minor repairs as needed.
-Inspect finished products for defects and ensure they meet quality standards.
-Keep accurate records of production activities, including quantities produced and any issues encountered.
-Follow safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
-Collaborate with team members to optimize production efficiency and meet deadlines.

Qualifications:
-Able to work in a production environment for 12- hour shifts
-Reliable transportation to and from work
-Previous experience operating die cutting equipment preferred.
-Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
