Job Summary

• The Dialysis Technician is accountable for providing direct patient care for assigned patients under the direction and supervision of the Registered Nurse.
• The Dialysis Technician will operate dialysis machines including setting up the machine, monitoring the patient during treatment, and performing machine maintenance.

Education and/or Experience

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• No experience required.
• 0-6 months of experience preferred.

License/Certification/Registration

• Basic Life Support (BLS) required within 60 days of hire.
• Dialysis Technician Certification required within 18 months of hire.

Work Schedule

• Monday-Friday, 4:30am-5:00pm or 5:00am-3:30pm; 72 hours 2 weeks
• Every 3rd Saturday and occasional holiday

Pay

The hourly range for this position is listed below. Actual hourly rate dependent upon experience.

• $18.50 - $25.75 per hour
