Job Summary
- The Dialysis Technician is accountable for providing direct patient care for assigned patients under the direction and supervision of the Registered Nurse.
- The Dialysis Technician will operate dialysis machines including setting up the machine, monitoring the patient during treatment, and performing machine maintenance.
Education and/or Experience
- High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
- No experience required.
- 0-6 months of experience preferred.
License/Certification/Registration
- Basic Life Support (BLS) required within 60 days of hire.
- Dialysis Technician Certification required within 18 months of hire.
Work Schedule
- Monday-Friday, 4:30am-5:00pm or 5:00am-3:30pm; 72 hours 2 weeks
- Every 3rd Saturday and occasional holiday
Pay
The hourly range for this position is listed below. Actual hourly rate dependent upon experience.
- $18.50 - $25.75 per hour
