SalaryPOSITION SUMMARY
The Registered Nurse provides direct nursing care to patients in the Dialysis Unit and prescribes, delegates, and coordinates the nursing care provided within the unit
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
→ Maintains knowledge of AAMI, CDC, KDOQI and Network 15 requirements for dialysis units related to water system, infection control and patient care best practices and standards.
→ Completes the department equipment check off list and demonstrates competency on all department equipment. Equipment competency is maintained on an ongoing, annual basis.
→ Assumes the role of Primary Nurse and its responsibilities and duties to assigned patients.
→ Other duties as assigned
EDUCATION
→ Graduation from an accredited school of nursing required.
EXPERIENCE
→ 2 Years previous Dialysis experience required
CREDENTIALS
→ Must have a current, valid Compact License or WY State License
→ Must have current, valid Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Job Type: Contract
Salary: $2,400.00 - $2,700.00 per week
