Job Title: Project Manager
Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing IT development and Operations & Maintenance (O&M) projects, with a strong background in agile solutions delivery and DevSecOps methodologies. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing contract resources, ensuring successful project performance across all phases, and delivering high-quality solutions within established deadlines.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Manage contract resources throughout the entire project lifecycle, including planning, requirements elicitation, development, testing, and deployment.
- Provide oversight and direction to the technical team, ensuring adherence to project goals, schedules, and deadlines.
- Establish and maintain project schedules, allocating resources effectively to meet project milestones.
- Assume responsibility for contract deliverables, ensuring compliance with client requirements and standards.
- Prepare and deliver regular progress reports to stakeholders, highlighting achievements, challenges, and mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify risks and issues, implementing proactive measures to mitigate potential disruptions.
- Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment, promoting continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices, incorporating new technologies and methodologies into project execution where applicable.
Experience Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- 10+ years of experience managing IT development and O&M projects.
- Demonstrated expertise in agile solutions delivery, with a focus on DevSecOps methodologies.
- 2+ years of experience successfully delivering DevSecOps platforms/frameworks.
- In-depth knowledge of DevOps principles and technologies, including CI/CD pipelines, containerization, security, and cloud technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure).
- Proficiency with tools such as Jenkins, GitLab/GitHub, SonarQube, and JIRA.
- Possession of PMI Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
