Principal Responsibilities
Donor cultivation, engagement and stewardship (phone calls and correspondence).
Provide administrative support to the team, including scheduling meetings, preparing fundraising materials, reports, and handling correspondence.
Utilize donor databases (Raiser's Edge) to manage fundraising-related donor information, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in data entry.
Support the planning and execution of fundraising events, including logistics, guest coordination, and follow-up activities.
Qualifications
Required
- Excellent communication skills and phone presence
- The role requires organizational skills, attention to detail, and a positive can-do attitude.
- Prior work experience with a donor database (preferably Raiser’s Edge and/or Salesforce)
- Team player, highly motivated, flexible, and able to work independently and handle multiple tasks
- 1-3 years’ experience with Microsoft Office suite and Adobe Suite
Preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working in a development office (fundraising, campaign support, or donor relations)
- Passion for fundraising and an interest in advancing the organization’s mission.
