Under the direction of the Application Development Manager, the “Developer II - Applications Development” is responsible for development, modification, and implementation of Inland Empire Health Plan’s internal/external applications.

Education & Experience

•  Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from an accredited institution required.

Key Qualifications

• Keen understanding of client-side implementations and frameworks such as AngularJs.
• Strong knowledge of the following software development languages C# & Java with an acute emphasis toward web service development (WCF, Web API) is required. 
• Candidates must also have a proficient working knowledge of the following subjects:  web UI development (JavaScript, JQuery, CSS, and HTML), development architecture (MVVM and MVC), database design & development (MS SQL, ORACLE, MySQL) and configuring hosting environments for web applications (IIS).
