Detailer/Car Washer

Job Summary:
Crossroads Hyundai is currently seeking a reliable Detailer/Car Washer to join our team in Loveland, Colorado. This is a full-time, hourly position in the auto industry, and the primary responsibility of the Detailer/Car Washer will be to clean and maintain the appearance of vehicles in our dealership. As an individual contributor, the Detailer/Car Washer will play a crucial role in enhancing our customers' experience and maintaining the overall image of our dealership.
Compensation & Benefits:
The compensation for this position is $15 to $16 per hour, depending on experience. Full-time employees are also eligible for benefits such as medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as paid time off.
Responsibilities:
- Thoroughly wash and clean vehicles, including the exterior and interior
- Apply wax, polish, and other protective agents to vehicles as needed
- Vacuum and shampoo carpets, seats, and other interior surfaces
- Clean windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces
- Inspect and report any areas of concern on vehicles, such as scratches or dents
- Ensure all vehicles on the lot are consistently maintained and clean
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and inform management of any restocking needs
- Assist with moving and organizing vehicles as needed
- Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area
- Uphold the dealership's standards of quality and provide exceptional service to customers
- Other duties as assigned by management
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred, but not required
- Knowledge of cleaning products and techniques
- Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Ability to handle physically demanding tasks, such as standing for long periods, bending, and lifting up to 50 pounds
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
- Must be available to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
