We are seeking a Detail Officer to join our team. As a Detail Officer, you will be responsible for maintaining the safety and security of our inmates outside of the Correctional Facility, ensuring the well-being of inmates, and enforcing rules and regulations. This is a challenging yet rewarding position that requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle stressful situations.
```Responsibilities:```
Monitor inmate activities, behavior, and movement outside the Correctional Institute- Maintain security and control outside the facility- Prepare detailed reports on incidents, accidents, and disciplinary actions- Assist in the transportation of inmates as needed.
Qualifications: - High school diploma or GED equivalent - Must be at least 18 years old (age requirements may vary by state) - Valid driver's license - First aid and CPR certification - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle conflict effectively - Knowledge of law enforcement procedures and practices - Ability to operate CCTV systems and other security equipment Benefits:
