Are you ready to build your career by joining a multi-national medtech company? If so, our client is hiring a Desktop Systems Specialist II!
What You’ll Do:

• Installing, configuring, and troubleshooting Desktop Systems, workstations, servers and network issues in a heterogeneous environment.
• Maintaining passwords, data integrity, and file system security for the desktop environment.
• Communicating highly technical information to both technical and non-technical personnel.
• Recommends hardware and software solutions, including new acquisitions and upgrades.
• Participating in development of information technology and infrastructure projects.
• Assisting in conducting training programs designed to educate an organization's computer users about basic and specialized applications.
• May be internal or external, client-focused, working in conjunction with Professional Services and outsourcing functions.
• Including company-wide, Web-enabled solutions.

• Supporting manufacturing environment (Zebra printers, Client bar code scanners & Brady printers).

What You Bring:

• 2 to 3 years of related experience in a manufacturing environment.
• High School Degree or equivalent.
• Ability to carry up to 35 lbs and move throughout the 3 acre campus with multiple buildings and floors.
• Familiar with business tools such as: E-mail, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Experience with HCM (e.g., Workday) or equivalent ERP product and productivity software desired.
• Familiar with Microsoft Intune.
• Must have prior experience installing/configuring Zebra printers, Brady printers and Client scanners.
• Two years’ experience with Client printers and SafeCom.
• Experience with Dell hardware is a big plus.
• Must have troubleshooting, analytic, and problem solving skills.
• Works effectively in teams and communicate effectively with users.
