*Description:*The ideal candidate will possess exceptional technical and end-user support skills; including communication, documentation, and problem-solving. As an IT Support Technician, you will assist in providing first-tier hardware and software support to 300+ local and remote employees. Responsibilities will also include minimal server, AD, and email administration, as well as issue resolution coordination and communication with third-party vendors.
