Position Overview:
- Responsible for the configuration and maintenance of endpoints images and applications for deployment across the client.
- Position creates, packages, and tests images and patches for multiple operating systems using SCCM, while maintaining an appropriate
- balance between security and usability.
Responsibilities:
- Use tools including Microsoft SCCM/Endpoint Manager, Intune, Jamf Pro, scripting, automated reports, and similar solutions.
- Review and recommendation of new technologies and solutions.
- Make recommendations and implement best practices to improve the process of imaging systems.
- Provide support for Service Techs who install endpoint images to end devices.
- Automate installation of patches and reboots to Windows Desktop and Server operating systems.
- Manage workload with ITSM ticketing system.
- Maintain user level account systems to ensure appropriate access to devices and services.
- Write, update, and maintain technical documentation.
- Keep abreast of current issues and industry trends.

Required Qualifications:
- Two-year degree in a computing-related field or equivalent work experience
