Job Description
NY or Chicago location preferred for occasional onsite creative collaboration
Dentsu Creativeis seeking a Designer, Brand Design Systems to join our creative team, working on branding and integrated 360 campaign creative for a national home improvement client. You will work on a variety of campaign creative and digital work including TV, radio, OOH, paid social and print. Dentsu Creative is a global creative agency delivering idea-led brand transformation at scale. Applying big platform thinking, we bring ideas to life and create world-class creative solutions to meet consumer touch points and work across geographies, cultures, and channels. You will manage projects from start to finish, and collaborate with art directors, copywriters, and senior creatives. You will report to a Design Director and work with a Creative Direction team.
Responsibilities:
  • Conceptualize visuals based on requirements.
  • Design and animate motion graphics
  • Edit and optimize graphics and video content for social media platforms
  • Create brand guidelines and brand books
  • Create images and layouts using design software.
  • Develop illustrations, logos, layouts, and photos.
  • Ensuring final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand.

Qualifications
  • Must possess 2-3+ years' of experience as a graphic designer or visual designer
  • Bachelor's degree in graphic design, art direction or advertising
  • Fluent in design software and Adobe Creative Cloud
  • Experience designing for 360 integrated campaigns including TV assets
  • Experience creating brand books and brand guidelines
  • A portfolio showing branding work for large brands
  • Portfolio demonstrating modern aesthetic, clean typography, versatile designs
  • Manage time, process, and workflow

Additional Information
The anticipated salary range for this position is $51,000-$83,750. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors including relevant experience, knowledge, skills and other factors permitted by law A range of medical, dental, vision, 401(k) matching, paid time off, and/or other benefits also are available.
