Experienced: You should have a stable work history, preferably with previous experience in a design-related or client-facing position. Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.

A Day in the Life of a Design Consultant

Greet and assist clients when they visit our showroom.
Manage multiple clients/projects concurrently while meeting required deadlines.
Space planning and ability to read construction documents.
Place, manage, and track all client orders.
Prepare digital presentations for client/project selections.
Price custom or special-order merchandise
Assist with the maintenance and organization of the team design library.
Assist colleagues’ clients when they are unavailable.
Perform other related duties as assigned.

This individual will have an organized, dedicated workspace as well as shared design resources and presentation spaces, located in our beautiful, fast-paced showroom. The position consists of a combination of showroom time, client in-home visits, and in-home installation / delivery of furnishings and home decor.
