Design Project Manager,

Responsibilities:

•Responsible for the day-to-day delivery of the design team, in addition to participation in and coordination of activities/inputs for the parallel MarTech workstream

•Running design team scrum ceremonies, creating user stories and maintaining a prioritized backlog in ADO (Azure DevOps)

•Partnering cross-functionally with engineering, accessibility, and other stakeholders

•Own KPI reporting for multiple workstreams

•Work closely with the Design Lead, Engineering Lead and other PMs to ensure the team’s work is aligning to the roadmap and delivering on commitments.

Required Skills/Experience:

•Complex Project Experience – Experience with large and cross-functional stakeholder group, multi-layered projects with cross-team dependencies. This is not a single-threaded, siloed project – this is a global initiative spanning multiple organizations within company. Ability to manage change and work with urgency.

•Strong Communication – Proactive in identifying and escalating risks or blockers (and mitigate/unblock accordingly), lead meetings, craft executive summaries/contribute to presentations, and keep stakeholders effectively informed through all appropriate forums.

•Strategic Thinking and Planning – Due to the complex and inter-connected nature of this project, this person must be able to use critical thinking to plan, prioritize and sequence the project accordingly, and effectively keep the team informed in the highly fluid environment.

•Sprint Leadership – Experience running sprint ceremonies, holding accountability, and delivering on commitments. Experience managing work within project management software (Azure DevOps/ADO, Jira, or other enterprise tooling).

Preferred Skills/Experience:

• 5+ years of Design Project Management Experience

•Project Management Tooling

•PowerPoint expertise and experience crafting and delivering presentations

•Experience working with UX teams
