Responsibilities:

• Work closely with clients and colleagues to devise design ideas and solutions that fulfill project needs
• Deliver outstanding customer service to clients during all stages of the design and construction process
• Lead clients through Zenith's cohesive project delivery approach, guaranteeing a smooth and rewarding experience for everyone involved
• Develop and showcase comprehensive design drawings/specifications using Chief Architecture software, as well as captivating mood boards and selections for clients
• Perform site visits and take measurements to ensure precise design execution
• Introduce design concepts to clients and stakeholders, refining the final design based on their input
• Oversee project schedules and budgets to guarantee prompt delivery of top-notch design work

Qualifications:

• A bachelor's degree in architecture, interior design, or a related field is preferred
• Expert CAD software skills and other design tools
• Impressive portfolio displaying expertise in design, project management, and customer service
• Exceptional communication skills and the capacity to work well in a team setting
• Meticulous attention to detail with an emphasis on accuracy and exactness
• Proven success in steering clients through the integrated project delivery process and generating enthusiastic fans
