- Lead the research approach and design process for the TDP system, ensuring alignment with user needs and project goals.
- Collaborate with the Product Manager and Technical Lead to integrate design and user experience into the development process.
- Utilize Figma for design creation and MURAL for user research and product planning collaboration.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to inform design decisions.
- Develop and maintain design patterns and guidelines to ensure a consistent and intuitive user experience.
- Communicate design concepts and research findings to stakeholders and the development team.
- Ensure design compliance with government standards, including familiarity with Login.gov and Cloud.gov.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a User Experience Researcher or Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing design work.
- Expertise in using design tools such as Figma and collaboration tools like MURAL.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
- Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and translating insights into design solutions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Familiarity with agile development processes and working in a cross-functional team environment.
- Knowledge of government standards and regulations, including FedRAMP, Login.gov, and Cloud.gov.
