About Us: Petersen Products Co. is an expanding team of exceptional individuals dedicated to crafting unique mechanical and inflatable product and system solutions, specifically tailored for global pipeline contractors and operators. We design, develop, and manufacture cutting-edge solutions, providing ongoing customer training and technical support. Our mission is to prevent shutdowns and address environmental emergencies, such as chemical or oil spills, through inventive engineering solutions.
Responsibilities:

• Design and develop innovative mechanical and inflatable products and systems.
• Provide ongoing customer training and technical support.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and implement customer solutions.
• Work with urgency to address and prevent potential issues, ensuring customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Inquisitive and creative mindset.
• Customer-oriented approach.
• Strong sense of urgency and problem-solving skills.
• 5+ years of experience in solid and non-linear FEA.
• Proficiency in SolidWorks, Mastercam, Microsoft tools (Excel, Word, SharePoint, PowerBI).
• Experience with Design Table, PDA, Abaqus, Ansys, FMEA, etc.

Manufacturing Capabilities:

• CNC metal machining.
• 3D printing.
• CNC fabric cutting.
• Industrial sewing.
• Assembly.
• RF & heat welding.
• Metal welding.
• Vulcanizing.
• Some molding.

Work Environment:
