The Design Coordinator is responsible for driving continuous improvement into all processes used in the day-to-day operations at BSI. They have a passion for reducing inefficiencies and operational errors, thus creating more precise project deliverables. Our Design Coordinators are naturally hardworking people, who enjoy collaboration and have excellent communication skills to a variety of audiences. We have training opportunities in place for a new graduate who is entering the engineering field, or opportunities for someone who has years of experience in a similar role.

The new Design Coordinator will report to Brandon Combs, our Director of Engineering Compliance. Brandon has a dynamic team of dedicated and intelligent Design Coordinators, and he is excited grow his team. Brandon holds a bachelor’s degree in architectural engineering technology from the University of Cincinnati and is a Registered Architect and a member of AIA. With over 20 years of experience, and having spent seven years at BSI, Brandon is a valued member of our Director team, and has a wide breadth of experience that makes him an excellent mentor.
