Deputy Sheriff

Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced individual to join our team as a Deputy Sheriff. As a Deputy Sheriff, you will play a crucial role in maintaining law and order within our community. This is a challenging yet rewarding position that requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to public safety.

Responsibilities:
- Enforce local, state, and federal laws to ensure public safety and protect the rights of individuals
- Conduct patrols and respond to calls for service in a timely manner
- Investigate crimes, gather evidence, and interview witnesses
- Prepare detailed reports on incidents, arrests, and investigations
- Administer first aid and emergency medical assistance as needed
- Drive patrol vehicles safely and responsibly

Qualifications:
- Must possess a valid driver's license
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to make quick decisions in high-pressure situations
- Excellent report writing skills with attention to detail
- Knowledge of criminal investigation techniques and procedures
- Experience in loss prevention or related field is preferred
- Proficient in first aid procedures
- Must be able to pass a comprehensive background check and drug screening
- Possession of relevant certifications is a plus

Pay: $64,000.00 - $67,000.00 per year
