About Client:
The client is a well-established and globally recognized outsourcing and technology services specialist. It has rapidly expanded its footprint and now operates a vast network of visa application centers and consular services centers in numerous countries across the world.
It primarily offers services that facilitate the visa application and passport issuance process. These services include visa application processing, biometric data collection, document verification, and appointment scheduling on behalf of its clients, which often consist of governments and embassies seeking to streamline and enhance their visa and consular services. In essence, it plays a pivotal role in the global mobility landscape by providing essential administrative support and technology-driven solutions that simplify visa and consular service processes.
Salary Range: $110K-$120K/Annum.
Job Description:

  • HR Policies
  • Suitable individual should have 10 plus years of experience in HR Operations , employee relations and an expert in benefit administration.
  • We are currently hiring for the position of HR Operations Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of HR operations within our organization.
  • This role will be based in Washington, DC, and will be responsible for ensuring compliance, streamlining HR processes, managing employee engagement, and overseeing HR policies and systems.
Responsibilities:
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures in line with industry best practices.
  • Manage and administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance and retirement plans.
  • Collaborate with the talent acquisition team to support the recruitment and onboarding processes.
  • Oversee performance management processes and provide guidance to managers and employees.
  • Manage and maintain HRIS systems to ensure accurate and up-to-date employee data.
  • Foster a positive work environment and enhance employee satisfaction through engagement initiatives.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure ongoing compliance with HR policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in HR operations roles.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations, as well as HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Proven experience in managing HRIS systems and handling employee data.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
