We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Deputy Collector to join our team. As a Deputy Collector, you will be responsible for managing accounts receivable and ensuring timely payment from customers. You will be responsible for any other job duties in the office that needs to be done. If you have a background in accounting, excellent math skills, and the ability to communicate effectively, we encourage you to apply. If you do not have these skills you will be trained for the job.
Some of the Responsibilities you will have:
- Contact customers to collect outstanding payments
- Update customer records and account information
- Monitor delinquent accounts and take appropriate actions
- Provide excellent customer service while resolving payment issues
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve billing discrepancies
Qualifications:
- Understanding of debits, credits, and basic accounting principles
- Knowledge in simple math calculations and financial calculations
- Ability to communicate professionally and clearly over the phone
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
This job will have training for everything that is required to complete your responsibilities.
