QUALIFICATIONS:

• 5+ years experience our of bank or related area
• 5+ years experience in Bank Deposit Operations
• Understanding of bank policy and regulations
•  Ability to work in a fast paced environment

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist in overseeing and provide backup support for all activities within the Deposit Operations Department. 
• Performing and overseeing all required functions for day-to-day electronic banking operations; originating, processing and servicing electronic banking applications which include online banking, e-Statements, ACH (Automated Clearing House) and remote deposit capture maintenance and servicing, and bill pay support in accordance with regulatory compliance guidelines
•  Assist in overseeing and provide backup support, as needed, for the Deposit Operations Analyst, ACH/Item Processing Coordinator, Branch Operations Coordinator, Branch Development and Technology Specialist, and Learning and Development Coordinator
•  Perform backup function for all Fiserv system updates required by the Bank and third-party surround solutions, as well as assist with providing training materials and guidance to management in reference to system changes and implementations
•  Troubleshoot core application issues and work closely with the Deposit Operations team to ensure that all core applications are running smoothly
•  Assist with the creation of new products and procedures, including updating system/business tables to enable staff members to incorporate new products/procedures into daily work routine.
• Create, Design, Test and Implement new products as requested by Executive management
• Create and monitor cases through our Fiserv hosted solution for any Deposit Operations related incidents, issues, special projects and/or enhancements
•  Manage users and settings in Fiserv DNA, Nautilus, cView and Ascensus systems and other systems, including adding, deleting and editing users
• Maintain and manage securities and authorizations bank-wide.
• Provide back-up support for creating and/or requesting reports to analyze system data through cView application. Develop and provide reports, graphs, and data. 
• rovide back-up support for annual B-notice reporting; Monitoring and reporting of Regulation O – insider accounts.
•  Assist with developing the necessary infrastructure to utilize the information to strengthen internal operations and controls, enhance the customer experience in the Branches and ensure compliance with appropriate policies, procedures and regulations.
• Assist with drafting of Bank policies to ensure consistency with state and federal regulations. Assist with identifying and mitigating operational risks associated with the Bank’s products and services through the implementation of controls and procedures. Oversee the implementation of corrective action associated with audit and examination deficiencies as they pertain to operational functions.
• Assist with overseeing the development of new trainings to create new efficiencies in the branch network or address deficiencies.
