Department Lead-Part-Time

Job Description:
The Department Lead-Part-Time will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a specific department within the organization. This includes managing a team of employees, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage a team of employees within the department
- Ensure that all tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and addressing any concerns or issues
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure that all products are stocked and displayed properly
- Train new employees and provide ongoing training and development for existing employees
- Collaborate with other department leads and managers to ensure that all departments are working together effectively
- Assist with scheduling and payroll as needed
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in a leadership or supervisory role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
