Department Lead-Part-Time

Job Description:

The Department Lead-Part-Time will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a specific department within the organization. This includes managing a team of employees, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage a team of employees within the department
• Ensure that all tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and addressing any concerns or issues
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure that all products are stocked and displayed properly
• Train new employees and provide ongoing training and development for existing employees
• Collaborate with other department leads and managers to ensure that all departments are working together effectively
• Assist with scheduling and payroll as needed
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior experience in a leadership or supervisory role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
