Schedule: Full-Time, Monday-Thursday, 7:15am-6pm or Part-Time, Monday-Thursday, 7:15am-5pm (Fridays + Weekends OFF)
Highlights of the Position:
- Demonstrates compassion, collaboration, communication, and appropriate quality assurance standards in patient care.
- Sterilizes all dental equipment and instruments.
- Properly disposes of all biohazardous material.
- Maintains up-to-date knowledge of and complies with all safety, sterilization and infection control requirements as set forth by PCHC, OSHA, and other agencies.
- Is a good steward of quality assurance standards, modeling and providing education as appropriate.
- Maintains sterilization logs, assuring information is accurate and appropriate.
- Demonstrates a team approach to patient care. Is flexible in supporting the needs of the clinic, stepping in to perform other duties as assigned.
- Collaborates with administrative and clinical teams to identify ways to improve patient experience.

Education and Experience:
- High school Diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous clinical experience preferred, but not required.
