Oxford Pediatric Dentistry is a brand new, state of the art, children's dental clinic. Our focus is to create an enjoyable and gratifying experience for children and cultivate confident, lifelong, dental patients. This position is for full time Monday- Friday, no weekends.

Position

We are seeking an experienced and friendly individual who is passionate about dentistry, has an eye for detail, and can multi-task effectively. The Dental Receptionist will be responsible for greeting patients in a friendly manner, escorting patients to their appointments, and performing general clerical work. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and will be detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Experience is not required, but an upbeat and positive attitude is a MUST! We are willing to train the right person!

Responsibilities:

• Answer the phone and greet patients, families and staff members.
• Answer questions and provide information on the practice, its policies, hours of operation, and location.
• Handle billing inquiries.
• File and input insurance payments.
• Collect payments from clients.
• Arrange appointments.
• Discuss treatment plans with clients.
• Schedule procedures.
• Perform administrative duties such as filing, faxing, photocopying, and e-mailing documents.

Pay will be competitive based on experience.
