- Respond to patients' needs
- Check in/ Check out
- Input patient demographics
- scan paperwork
- manage internal office protocols and procedures to ensure office efficiency
- Provide management with administrative and practical support when asked
- close out day in software
- Greet and serve all patients as they arrive
- Assist patients with applying for credit and other financial assistance
- Verify insurance
skills
- Working knowledge of dental billing and insurance protocols
- Excellent customer service and leadership skills
- 3+ years' dental admin experience required
- Ability to multi-task efficiently
- Excellent computer and typing skills
- Softdent exp preferred
- Spanish speaking is a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to $40,000.00 per year
