Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Performs all duties in a manner that ensures the efficient running of a dental practice.
- Their duties include greeting and welcoming patients to the practice, answering phones, scheduling appointments, communicating with insurance providers and preparing patient charts and daily schedules for the dental staff.

- Applicants must have excellent customer service skills
- Exceptional telephone etiquette
- Sound knowledge of dental terminology
- Organization skills
