Responsibilities
- Primary responsibility is managing case workflow
- Process cases using our case management software
- Data entry, invoicing, packaging, and Customer Service
Qualifications
- Comfortable working in a team environment
- 2 years of work experience in a fast paced environment
- Team player with great problem solving skills
- Good computer skills
- Service mentality with the ability to build relationships over the phone quickly.
- Punctual and dependable
- Strong attention to detail
- Willingness to help out with all administrative functions.
