Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Coordinator to join our team. As a Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and providing administrative support. The primary role of this job will be to oversee our Dental Implant procedures, this includes scheduling, reviewing & finalizing payment, understanding and explaning procedure process to patients, marketing the procedure, as well as patient outreach. The ideal candidate will have experience in medical records management and dental receptionist duties. Knowledge of HIPAA regulations is also essential.
Duties:
- Keep up to date knowledge on Dental Implant procedures
-Follow up with potenital patients
- Manage and maintain medical records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
- Schedule appointments and manage the front desk
- Greet patients and provide exceptional customer service
- Coordinate referrals to specialists and follow-up appointments
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and other correspondence
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and report generation
Experience:
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a healthcare or dental setting
- Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and maintaining patient confidentiality
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry and record keeping
