Dental Front Desk Coordinator

We are looking to add a Dental Front Desk/patient coordinator to our growing dental specialty practice!

The ideal candidate must have a positive attitude and excellent communication skills. Must be comfortable communicating with patients and referring doctors. Dental experience required. Responsbilities include

• Answering phone/Scheduling
• Communication with referral sources
• Organizing patient information, ensuring complete and accurate registration
• Providing appropriate data to specialty team
• Using dental software for scheduling/confirming, checking-in and out, and collecting
• Insurance Verification/Correspond with insurance companies, process insurance payments
• Process referral records and patient information

Job Type: Full-time

Compensation: based on experience

Experience:

- Previous experience in a medical or dental office setting is preferred
- Strong administrative skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Proficient in using office equipment and computer systems
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize workload
- Knowledge of phone systems and ability to handle a moderate call volume
