$70,000 - $80,000 (Bonus Potential)

Preference for a Phoenix based recruiter; hybrid option

Signature Dental Partners is seeking a Dental Hygiene Recruiter with Dental Experience to join our growing team. We are a rapidly growing Dental Service Organization serving over 90 practices throughout the Western United States. Our preferred candidate will be an experienced Dental Hygienist with Recruiting Experience in Group or DSO environment.

Responsibilities

• Proactively post jobs on job boards, social media, and professional networks
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline
• Communicate with candidates promptly
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screenings
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
• Use recruiting software to keep track of open roles
• Send out bulk email and text campaigns with knowledge of analytics and follow up reports
• Participate in recruiting events that may require travel
• Collaborate and provide regular updates on candidate progress with hiring managers
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within ATS
• Extend job offers to select candidates and negotiate compensation packages
• Promote positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process

Requirements and skills

• 3+ years as a practicing Registered Dental Hygienist (highly preferred)
• 1-2 years of proven work experience as a Recruiter
• Familiarity with the entire recruitment lifecycle
• Tech-savvy
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks, work independently, and meet deadlines
• Ability to juggle multiple calendars
• Problem-solving aptitude
• Critical thinking skills
• Comfortable in a matrix management environment
• Flexible work hours may be required to accommodate candidate interviews
• Preferred location to be Western States near major airport or Phoenix Region
