Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome patients as they arrive at the office
- Schedule hygiene appointments and coordinate the Dental Hygiene schedule
- Communicate with patients to confirm appointments and provide necessary reminders
- Assist with patient check-in and check-out procedures
- Maintain accurate patient records in our dental software system
- Handle incoming calls and inquiries, providing excellent customer service
- Collaborate with the dental team to ensure smooth patient flow and optimal care
- Assist with general office tasks and administrative duties as needed
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Friendly and positive attitude with a passion for helping others
- Willingness to learn and be trained in dental office procedures
- Basic computer proficiency
