SalaryOur doctor owned dental practice is seeking a Hygiene Assistant to join our team. Our practice is health and wellness focused and centered on individualized patient care. We value commitment to excellence, attention to detail, self-motivation, and ability to work with a team.
We are adding an assistant to our team that will primarily focus on supporting our hygiene department. This will include taking digital impressions with itero, perio charting, updating patient charts, supporting sterilization, helping set up and break down rooms, educate patients on treatment options, take photographs (intra & extra oral!). We run single column hygiene chairs--this positon would be to support our hygiene team. It is not intended as a polishing assistant or to allow us to schedule "double hygiene". Instead it is to help add to our patient experience and add overall value to our hygiene program.
Those who share an interest in helping patients achieve optimal health through dentistry should apply. Experience with Dentrix is a bonus. Continuing education is important to us.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
