As we continue to grow, we are seeking a motivated and friendly individual to join our team as a Dental Front Office Coordinator.
As a Dental Front Office Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for our patients, providing outstanding customer service and administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our practice.
Compensation:$24 - $26 hourly
Responsibilities:- Greeting patients with a warm and welcoming demeanor
- Scheduling appointments and managing the schedule efficiently
- Verifying insurance coverage and processing insurance claims
- Handling billing and payment transactions accurately
- Answering phone calls, responding to inquiries, and directing calls appropriately
- Maintaining patient records and ensuring they are up-to-date and confidential
- Assisting with various administrative tasks to support the dental team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
- Proficiency in dental practice management software (experience with Open Dental preferred)
- Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures is a plus
- Previous experience in a dental office or similar administrative role preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Customer service orientation with a genuine desire to help others
