SalaryWe are a general dental office looking for a dependable, energetic, and motivated team player to join us in providing excellent care to our patients.
Responsibilities:
- Managing the Doctor and Hygienist's schedule
- Assuring a smooth flow throughout the office during the work day
- Answering phones
- Responding to patient inquiries and concerns
- Communicating with insurance companies as well as other dental/medical specialists
- Checking patient insurance coverage prior to all appointments
- Determining and presenting the financial aspects of dental care to patients
- Assisting with back office/clinical duties
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in the dental field or a medical receptionist position (preferred, but not necessary, we are willing to train someone who can dedicate themselves to providing excellent patient care)
- Effective communication skills
- Works well in a team as well as independently
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Detail oriented
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $17.00 per hour
