About the position

At Peterson Dental Lab, our Customer Experience Team is the face of our company. They are the direct main point of contact for the customer. They are responsible for maintaining and growing relationships with accounts, assisting with case management and providing a clear path of communication to the technical support.

As our Customer Experience Associate, you’ll be a part of the Customer Experience Team, working with our team to deliver exceptional support to our customers and partners. You will help improve team responses to all problems and inquiries. You will assist the team by helping to improve current techniques along with developing new customer support techniques.

Experience

  • Minimum of 2+ years’ dental assisting or surgical assisting experience in dental practice (mandatory if not lab experience)
  • If no experience in a clinical dental practice, then 1+ year experience in a dental lab.
  • In-depth understanding of a wide variety of role-related software tools such as, phone, email & live chat application, ticketing systems, and CRMs.

Skills & Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints, identify their root cause, and notify the appropriate team member(s); follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Thoroughly record all customer interactions in our customer software.
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents.
  • Manage inbound and outbound calls.
  • Assist in scheduling rush cases and chairside services.
  • Quickly identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
  • Provide some basic technical and product support. Training will be provided.
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools provided by your supervisor.
