About the Company:
We are an established high-volume Dental Restorative Ecommerce company.
Customer Service & Sales Responsibilities:
· Respond promptly to customer inquiries via chat, phone, and email.
· Utilize CRM software to manage customer interactions and track sales activities.
· Interact with clients in a friendly and professional manner, addressing their concerns effectively.
· Provide solutions and support adhering to company policies.
· Handle order changes, cancellations, and billing inquiries.
· Keep clients informed about order statuses and shipping timelines.
· Perform additional tasks as required.
Lead Generation:
· Research and identify potential customers to generate leads.
· Utilize tools and databases for prospect qualification.
· Collaborate with marketing teams to follow up on inbound leads.
Outbound Sales Calls:
· Reach out to prospects via phone, email, and other channels.
· Maintain regular contact with top clients to expand relationships.
· Clearly communicate the value proposition of our products/services.
· Establish rapport and understand client needs.
Product Knowledge:
· Stay informed about our products/services.
· Monitor industry trends and competitor activity.
Quota Achievement:
· Set and meet sales targets and quotas.
· Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales activities.
Qualifications and Skills:
Proven inside sales experience with a focus on exceeding targets, adept at CRM software and sales processes, adaptable to new technologies, and skilled in time management and organization.
Minimum 6 months of Customer Service experience, preferred knowledge in dental and technical fields, excellent communication skills, typing speed of at least 50 wpm, embraces change, and excels in multitasking and prioritization.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with a professional appearance, positive demeanor, strong work ethic, self-motivation, initiative, and teamwork abilities.
Schedule
- Must be available Monday-Friday between 8AM – 5PM or 9AM-7:30PM
- This position is remote but must be in Central Florida

- $40,000 annual salary in addition to commission structure up to $24,000 annually (paid quarterly).
