Dental Call Center Representative Bi-Lingual English & Spanish

We are seeking a responsible, friendly Dental Scheduler for our Dental call center in Fort Lauderdale. If you are an efficient Scheduling Coordinator/ Receptionist who has previous dental experience with a cheerful personality and wonderful customer service skills, please read on!

Duties include answering patient questions, scheduling appointments, and resolving complaints. Customer service experience and strong writing skills are required. Candidates fluent in Spanish is a plus!

Responsibilities:

• Provide great customer service and phone etiquette.
• Answering patient questions
• Respond to potential patients inquiries.
• Help support offices with scheduling overdue patients for their dental treatment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour

Experience:

• Call center: 1 year (Preferred)
• Dental receptionist: 1 year (Required)
