We have immediate opening in our Billing Department.
Job Responsibilities:
- Enter full patient’s insurance details into the system
- Follow up on outstanding claims and balances
- Collaborate with dental providers to clarify documentation and resolve coding discrepancies
- Establish a patient payment plan and ensure patients are timely and in good standing
- Follow up, monitor, and make adjustments as needed to patient accounts
- Process and file insurance claims
- Monitor claims status
- Contact insurance companies when necessary
- Bill claims using dental software or submitting Online
- Answer phone calls from patients, insurance representatives and dental providers
- Enter and update data, including patient information, insurance information, and other information
