Currently, our office is seeking a Dental Billing Administrator for our practice in Zillah, WA! The ideal candidate will have prior dental insurance and billing coordination experience.

Responsibilities
- Review ledgers, gather appropriate information & assist with conversations to bring patients up to date on financial statuses.
- Enter patient financial activity in computer.
- Verify & record accounts receivable activity.
- Follow up on insurance claims.
- Follow up on delinquent accounts.
- Arrange payment schedules with patients.
- Work with 3rd party vendor handling insurance verification, billings, receivables.
- Experience using dental software is a huge plus.
Minimum Requirements
- High School Diploma
- Prior front office experience with a focus on Dental insurance and billing coordination.
