Salary- Greet and welcome patients as they arrive at the dental office
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments using Dentrix
- Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries in a professional and friendly manner
- Maintain patient records and update medical/dental documentation as necessary
- Assist with patient assessment by taking digital X-rays
- Prepare treatment rooms for dental procedures and ensure all necessary equipment is sterilized and ready for use
- Assist the dentist during procedures by handing them instruments and providing suction as needed
- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and post-treatment care instructions
- Follow HIPAA guidelines to ensure patient privacy and confidentiality
