```Duties```
- Greet and welcome patients as they arrive at the dental office
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments using the Dentrix or Eaglesoft system
- Answer phone calls and address patient inquiries or concerns
- Maintain and update patient records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
- Assist with dental procedures by preparing treatment rooms, sterilizing instruments, and providing support to the dental team
- Take and develop X-rays as directed by the dentist
- Follow infection control protocols to maintain a safe and clean environment
- Perform basic administrative tasks such as filing, billing, and insurance claims processing
```Experience```
- Previous experience as a dental receptionist or in a similar role is preferred
- Familiarity with dental terminology, procedures, and insurance processes is a plus
- Proficiency in using dental software systems such as Dentrix or Eaglesoft is highly desirable
- Knowledge of medical imaging techniques and equipment is beneficial
- Understanding of vital signs monitoring and aseptic technique is an advantage
