Responsibilities: assisting the Doctor chairside.
- Utilize Dentrix software to maintain patient records and schedule appointments efficiently.
- Implement aseptic techniques to ensure a clean and safe dental environment.
- Use CAD software for designing dental prosthetics and restorations.
- Perform X-Ray procedures to assist the dentist in diagnosing dental issues.
- Conduct patient assessments to gather relevant medical history and current complaints.
- Apply knowledge of dental anatomy and systems to assist during procedures.
- Provide chairside assistance to the dentist during dental procedures.
- Ensure proper infection control protocols are followed at all times.
- Assist with medical coding for accurate billing and insurance claims.
Experience:
- Proven experience as a Dental Assistant with proficiency in Dentrix software.
- Familiarity with aseptic techniques, CAD software, X-Ray procedures, and patient assessment.
- Strong knowledge of dental anatomy, systems, dental assisting, infection control, and medical coding practices.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $28.00 per hour
