How You'll Make an Impact
As an Oral Surgeon Dental Assistant, you'll assist in fulfilling the clinical requirements of the practice's patients and practitioners. You'll be supported to reach your career goals and contribute to your community's well-being, one smile at a time.
- Provide support to patients across different offices**
- Assist in various treatment procedures
- Perform dental X-rays
- Set up and clean treatment areas after procedures
- Handle infection control by preparing and sterilizing instruments and equipment
- Educate patients on maintaining good oral health through proper oral hygiene techniques
- Complete administrative tasks as needed
- Collaborate with the dental team to deliver exceptional patient care
Requirements:
- Active license, registration, or certification as mandated by the state of practice; including x-ray certification
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to connect with patients of all backgrounds and ages
- Dedication to continuous learning and professional growth
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent

**Due to the position's requirement for daily travel to assigned offices, you must hold a valid unrestricted driver's license and proper insurance or be eligible for coverage under the employer's fleet insurance program (for individuals assigned a Company vehicle). The Company reserves the right to check and review your Motor Vehicle Record as necessary, in compliance with state regulations.
