What we need you to provide:
Organizational Skills: Dental assistants often handle administrative tasks, such as scheduling appointments, managing patient records, and maintaining inventory. Strong organizational skills are valuable in this aspect of the role.
Communication Skills: Effective communication is essential for interacting with patients, explaining procedures, and providing instructions for post-treatment care. Good interpersonal skills contribute to a positive patient experience.
Attention to Detail: Precise attention to detail is important when assisting with dental procedures, taking X-rays, and managing patient records to ensure accuracy and quality of care.
Teamwork: Dental assistants work closely with dentists, hygienists, and other staff members. Being a team player and collaborating effectively with colleagues is essential.
Customer Service: Providing excellent customer service is crucial, as Dental Assistants often interact with patients. A friendly and professional demeanor contributes to a positive patient experience. Ability to follow all safety protocols, ability to remain focused and attentive, demonstrate and eagerness to learn and thrive in dentistry.

We seek someone that has good knowledge of dental equipment, attention to detail, be a team player, is self-motivated, and aligns with our mission, vision, and core values.

This position is considered a safety-sensitive position and, therefore, will require successful passing of a drug screen. Bluetree and its affiliated practices are committed to the health and safety of its employees and patients and follow all CDC, OSHA and American Dental Association guidelines.
