SalaryThe University of Iowa’s College of Dentistryis looking for a full-time Dental Assistantto join us as a key member of our team in Endodontics to work alongside faculty and residents. - Assist Doctors and Graduate students at chairside with Dentistry procedures ranging from examination to restoratives and surgical treatment.
- Maintain safe work environment and use appropriate protective equipment observe OSHA guidelines.
- Maintain and restock supplies and maintain a clean, aseptic operatory and laboratory area.
- Expose and process radiographs digital, CBCT scans as requested.
- Ability to operate necessary machines and instruments used in Endodontic Dental Assistant duties.
- Assist in sophomore lab. Take digital radiographs. Distribute supplies.

Salary:$44, 560.96
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm
May require occasional overtime.
An advanced starting salary may be possible based on exceptional qualifications.
MINIMUM ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS:
Desirable Qualifications:
- Endodontics experience
- Demonstrates excellence in patient care
- Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
- Current DANB Dental Assistant Certification
- Experience with Electronic Health Records
