Denial Compliance Unit, Nurse Review Lvn /Rn

We are looking for Nurses LVN /RNs with Denials experience to join our Denials Compliance Unit in Northridge. This role will help promote the quality and cost effectiveness of medical care by applying clinical acumen and the appropriate application of policies and guidelines to denials.

Sign on bonus for full time Denial Nurses * paid per company policy

• $7k for LVNs
• $15K for RNs

Experience /Education :

• Active California nursing license -LVN or RN Required
• Minimum of 3+ years of prior authorization/ denials experience/utilization review
• Minimum of 2 years +of acute care/case management experience
• Proficient in MS Office programs (i.e., Word, Excel, Outlook, Access and Power Point)
• Knowledge of computers, faxes, printers and all other equipment
• Ability to deal with responsibility with confidential matters
• Ability to work in a multi-task, high stress environment
• Ability to work a hybrid schedule

The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between $37.50/hour to $40/hour for LVNs and $45/hour to $50/hour for RNs; however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, licensure, skills, and experience.

The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a sign-on bonus and discretionary awards in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave), dependent on the position offered.
