As a Demand & Supply Chain Planner II, you will be responsible for managing & supporting key Supply Chain KPI targets. In close co-ordination with Accounts Management Center (AMC), you will review and improve On Time in Full (OTIF) process excellence and ensure adequate inventory in the distribution centers and/or premix sites to maintain uninterrupted blending operations and service to customers.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and control inventory, review and take actions to consume blocked and aging inventory.
• Analyze and root-cause stock out situations and collaborate with Demand and Supply Manager to ensure appropriate inventory levels.
• Support Senior Manager Supply Chain on order fulfilment issues, e.g., inventory allocation, product availability, special batch requirements, production delays.
• Support Senior Manager Supply Chain in managing working capital and meet regional inventory targets.
• Support the region on sample requests and support local operations in planning and prioritizing.
• Support the region and work with local manufacturing on Quality status and release of local produced products.
• Review blocked and aging inventory and develop action plans to minimize financial impact.
• Responsible for challenging where applicable the forecast for straight vitamins.

You bring:

• BA/BS degree in Supply Chain or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of (> 5 years) experience blend plant operations and/or planning and Supply Chain.
• Understanding of SAP - Production, APO and BW and the master data driving the various systems and processes.
• Solid quantitative computer skills including MS Excel & Access.
• Sound knowledge of imports and customs clearance is suggested.
• Knowledge of the animal feed and/or human nutrition industries and blending operations/processes is preferred.
