Hyster-Yale Group, Inc. (HYG), a world-class manufacturer of industrial lift trucks, has an outstanding opportunity for an exceptional and talented Demand Manager, Bookings based at our Greenville, NC.
What you will do:
- This position is responsible for managing the Americas demand forecast for the monthly Sales and Operations Planning process and corporate Annual Operating Plan (AOP), Short-Term Forecast (STF), and Long-Term Financial Forecast (LRFF) development, and maintaining.
- Interact directly with sales, marketing, product strategy, manufacturing, engineering, finance, and pricing to identify and incorporate opportunities and risks in the monthly commercial demand plan for the organization.
- Lead a team of demand analysts responsible for the monthly collection of product forecasts from all channels to integrate into the finalized product forecast.
- Responsible for supporting the development of HYG’s global AOP/STF and LRFF by providing Americas bookings and clearings inputs and updates as required by the corporate calendar.
- The position will support the organization by providing overflow reporting and ad hoc reporting and analysis as needed.

- Innovator who likes to strategically attack problems to produce solutions.
What you will need:
- BA/BS degree required; MBA preferred
- 5 to 7 years relevant experience; preference for 2+ years in a management role
