Summary:

As Demand Generation Manager at TruVista, you will be responsible for developing and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns to generate demand, attract potential customers, and contribute to revenue growth. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to create and implement strategies that drive brand awareness and lead generation. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2C/B2B marketing, a data-driven mindset, and a proven track record of successful Demand Generation campaigns.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Demand Generation Strategy - Develop, execute, and continually refine Demand Generation strategies to achieve company goals, including lead generation, brand awareness, and revenue growth.
  • Multi-channel Campaigns - Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, email marketing, content marketing, social media, paid search, and other Demand Generation tactics.
  • Lead Nurturing - Create and manage lead nurturing programs to move leads through the sales funnel, ensuring that marketing-qualified leads are handed off to the sales team effectively.
  • Content Development - Collaborate with agency to develop compelling and relevant content that enhances SEO efforts and leads on our website.
  • Marketing Automation - Utilize marketing automation tools to automate and optimize Demand Generation processes, segmenting leads, and personalizing communication via email campaigns.
  • Analytics and Reporting - Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing regular reports and insights to track the success of Demand Generation efforts and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Budget Management - Co-manage the Demand Generation budget (with VP), ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources and a positive return on investment.
  • Collaboration - Collaborate with sales, product, and marketing teams to ensure seamless integration of Demand Generation efforts with the overall marketing strategy.
  • Market Research - Stay up to date with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify opportunities for Demand Generation.

  • Interpretation - Able to read, analyze, and interpret instructions, contracts, policies, documents, and regulations.
  • Professionalism - Maintains a professional appearance. Approaches others in a tactful manner, reacts well under pressure, and treats others with respect and consideration regardless of their status or position. Accepts responsibility for own actions and follows through on commitments.
  • Office Technology - Highly skilled with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Teams.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in B2C Demand Generation or related roles in the telecommunications or technology industry.
  • Business or Marketing degree is preferred.
  • Proven experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
  • Creative thinking and a willingness to experiment with new demand-generation techniques.
  • Knowledge of telecommunications industry trends and technology is a plus.
